Managing and deleting your data
This page explains how to stop Flozit, disconnect your accounts and have your data deleted.
Turn Flozit off
Email support@flozit.com and ask us to pause or turn off Flozit for your account, or use the switch on your account page. We stop sending emails as soon as we process your request. Replies to emails Flozit already sent go straight to you so nothing is missed.
Disconnect Gmail
You can remove Flozit's access to your Gmail at any time:
- Go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Select Flozit.
- Choose Remove access.
Flozit stops sending from your account immediately. After that, replies to Flozit's emails arrive in your inbox as usual and are yours to handle. If anyone asked to stop receiving emails, please don't email them again.
Disconnect Follow Up Boss
Email support@flozit.com and we will delete your Follow Up Boss connection. Flozit can't work without it, so this also pauses Flozit for your account. You can also delete the API key you gave Flozit from your Follow Up Boss settings.
Cancel Flozit
Email support@flozit.com from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. We stop sending, disconnect your Gmail and Follow Up Boss access, and delete your lead data within 30 days.
Delete your data
Email support@flozit.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. This cancels Flozit for your account, and we delete your lead data within 30 days. We keep basic account details for our business records, and delete those too if you ask, except records the law requires us to keep and the record of what you agreed to at signup. We also keep a minimal, scrambled record of email addresses that asked not to be contacted, or may have, so they are never contacted again through Flozit on your behalf.
If Flozit emailed you
If you received an email from an agent's AI assistant through Flozit and want it to stop, reply and ask to stop. To ask what Flozit holds about you or to have it deleted, email support@flozit.com.
